To complete Animal Actions on behalf of a volunteer, this feature allows an Animal Attendant to complete an Animal Action in the context of a specified volunteer, facilitating an audit trail for all Animal Actions that are completed and who they’re completed by.
Note that there is a permission set that must be assigned to a user for them to have access to this feature. If you do not have access please discuss with your system administrator.
From a Block Location record an Animal Attendant can select Manage Block Actions to complete Animal Actions.
From the Manage Block Actions screen an Animal Attendant can select to complete Animal Actions on behalf of a volunteer using the Delivered By Volunteer field.
Volunteers must be set to ‘Active’ in the database for them to be accessible via this field.
Completing an Animal Action while a Delivered by Volunteer is selected will stamp this volunteers name on the Animal Action record.
