Deleting Records

AnimalOS Admins who have delete permissions can delete records from the Salesforce interface. This article discusses the standard points in the system where you can access the delete option.

Note that when a record is deleted it will be available in the Recycle Bin for 2 weeks before it’s permanently deleted.

From the page layout on the record, in the top right where quick action buttons appear, you will see Delete as an option if you have delete permission enabled on your profile.

When viewing related lists on a record, you can choose to Delete using the dropdown arrow icon.

Access the Recycle Bin via the App Launcher.
