Job Assignment

The Owner on a Job record defines who is currently responsible for the Job.

On the Job you’ll see and Owner field, this defines who is the current owner of the Job.

When you choose to add a Service Appointment to a Job, this can update the Owner to whoever is being assigned.

Service Resources who are active in the system can be assigned to the Job.
