Job Owners

The owner of a Job can be identified at the top of the Job record layout via the Owner field.

 

For all new jobs the owner of the record will be the user that created the record (usually a contact centre staff member) until a Service Resource is assigned, at which point the Owner will be updated on the Job to be the assigned resource.

You can also manually assign an Owner by clicking the icon next to the Owner field.

You will be able to see Jobs assigned using the My Jobs views.
