New Field Service users need to be setup with a User record and Service Resource record in Animalis to make them active.
User Records are configured with a Salesforce license and the RSPCA Inspector Profile.
The user record is assigned all FSL Permission Set Assignments except the admin Permission Set.
A Service Resource record then needs to be created and linked to the User Record.
Name is typically the name of the user.
Active = TRUE
Resource Type = Technician
The Service Resource is then assigned to their Service Territory.
