Service Resources
Service Resources are configured in Animalis to complete Work Orders. They are configured with relevant information, including - Service Territory, Skills and Operating Hours, which feed into the scheduling processes and allow relevant Service Appointments to be assigned for action.
You can manage Service Resource Records from the Inspectorate Services App.
Service Resource Records are added for Inspectorate Officers and can have assigned Skills and Service Territories to facilitate scheduling of the resource in the Field Service console - this user group can also access their schedule via the Field Service Mobile App.
For Admins - each Service Resource record must be linked to a Salesforce User Record which must be active, have an appropriate license assigned and the appropriate permission sets.
Ensure that the User is active and has a license assigned, FSL users are typically assigned to the Customer Community Plus license with a specific FSL Profile.
Ensure that the user also has the appropriate Permission Sets assigned to their record based on their role.
