Service Territories
Service Territories are configured in Animalis to help facilitate efficient scheduling processes. Inspectorate Officers are assigned to Service Territories and when jobs come through the Contact Centre that are specific to that area, the system will find a suitable resource to assign the job to based on Service Territory.
Parent Service Territories are defined to create a Service Territory hierarchy to help define larger geographical areas.
