Service Territory Members

Service Resources are added to one primary Service Territory via the Service Territory Members relationship - this record will identify the home location of the Service Resource and also helps to facilitate scheduling when Service Territories are used in the policies.

Description

Service Resource

Links the record to the related Service Resource.

Service Territory

Links the record to the related Service Territory.

Territory Type

Selected as Primary for the main Service Territory that the Service Resource is associated with.

 

Other Service Territories can be added but it’s not essential for the Service Resource to work in those territories.

Address

Defines the home location of the Service Resource.

Operating Hours

Defines the Operating Hours of the Service Resource in this specific territory, this will be inherited through the standard operating hours on the Service Territory if it’s left blank.

Start Date

The date that the Service Resource started working in this Service Territory.

End Date

The date that the Service Resource ended working in this Service Territory - this will remove them from the scheduling processes if the date is in the past.
