The most flexible approach to uploading files to a Job is via the standard Salesforce App which can be downloaded from the App Store on your phone or tablet.
This is different to the Field Service app.
Here’s a guide on how to download and login - Logging In - Mobile App
From the mobile app you can access a Job Record and go to the Related section to upload Files.
When you access the Job Record scroll down to the screen to the Related section.
You’ll see the Files section where you can click the Upload Files button to select files from your phone to upload or take a photo/video to upload.
Selecting Photo Library will access the photos on your device for you to select, Take Photo or Video will access the camera on your device to take photo or video.
