DCR - Add Incident

From the FSL Mobile App, a user has the option to create a Case with Record Type = Incident from a Work Order.

From a Work Order record, go to Actions and select Add Incident.

Confirm that you want to add an Incident by clicking Next.

Add details of the Incident and click Next.

You can opt to add attachments to the Incident.

If you select to add attachments, you can then Select Photos from your mobile device or Take Photos which will access your camera and upload the photo you take.

Finally, you can add a description of the attachments that have been uploaded.

From the Work Order record in standard Salesforce, you'll see a related Case has been created with Record Type = Incident.
