Field Service Console

The Field Service console is used by the Inspectorate Management and Contact Centre Management Team to manage the Inspectorate Team Service schedule.

For those with this specific license type, the Field Service Console can be accessed via the Inspectorate Service App.

Access the Field Service Console via the Field Service Tab in the Inspectorate Service App.

The Dispatcher Console will give you a view of all Service Appointments grouped by Service Territory and allow you to manage different views that provide visibility and optimisation.
