CCS - Field Service Dispatcher Console

The Field Service console is used by the MySupports scheduling team to manage support worker rostering.

For those with this specific license type, the Field Service Console can be accessed via the Services App.

The Dispatcher Console will give you a view of all Service Appointments grouped by Service Territory and allow you to manage different views that provide visibility and optimisation.
