Support Worker Portal

My Supports Support Worker will have access to a Portal via desktop where they will be able to manage their profile, view recent and upcoming Service Appointments, and access their Clients and a Staff Directory.

Contacts Tab

When logged into the Portal, Support Workers will be able to access a list of their Clients and a My Support Staff Member Directory.

Client Sharing

Clients will be visible to a Support Worker if they have ever been the Assigned Resource of a Service Appointment related to the Client.

Sharing of a Client record is not revoked when a Support Worker is removed from the Service Appointment. Removing access to a client record will need to be done via the Sharing Quick Action on the Salesforce Contact record by a User with permission.

Client Documents

Support Workers will also be able to access Client Documents from a Client Record by selecting the Client record and then the Manage Documents QA in the top right corner of the record.

Support Workers will only be able to preview Documents they have access to. Access will be defined on the Documents related Document Type Record.

Service Appointments

Support Workers will be able to view Service Appointments where:

  • They are an Assigned Resource of a Dispatched Service Appointment

  • Recently completed a Service Appointment

Managing Operating Hours and Time Slots

Support Workers will be able to log in to their portal to update their Time Slots.

  1. Go to a Contact record of a Service Resource

  2. From the Quick Actions menu, select Login as Experience User

  3. Select Operating Hours from the header menu

  4. Add the respective times the Service Resource is able to work.

 

Manage Documents

Support Workers will have access to a Manage Document tab that will enable them to:

  • Upload required documents

  • Upload new versions of existing documents

  • View the status of a document

Documents that are visible will be defined by the Document’s related Document Type record attributes or by additionally selected Documents that have been selected via the Manage Document QA on their Staff Contact record.

My Profile

Select My Profile from the menu after clicking on your name in the top right corner. You can edit certain attributes of your record by selecting edit.
