WOLI & TSE Updates
This article outlines recent updates to the way Work Order Line Items, Time Sheet Entries and Invoice Line Items are created and managed.
This has only been tested for Single Participant and Single Resource Scheduling

Product Match Field Logic in progress
Overview
When a
Service Appointment
is Completed, aTime Sheet Entry
is created for eachWork Order Line Item
related to theWork Order
.IF the
Service Appointment
Check in/out times are within the tolerance setting (15mins), theTime Sheet Entry Status = 'Approved - Scheduled'
and anInvoice Line Item
is created against eachWork Order Line Item.
IF the
Service Appointment
Check in/out time is outside the tolerance, aTime Sheet Entry
is Created and theStatus = Submitted
.The User will then review the
Time Sheet Entry
via report against theWork Order Line Items
and if any updates need to be made, they will be made against the Start and End Times on theWork Order Line Item.
This will then update theTime Sheet Entry
Start and End Times.When the Start and End times are updated on the
Work Order Line Item
and they don’t match the originalProduct
then theProduct Match
will have a red icon and the user will need to select the correctProduct
.
Service Appointments Updates
On the
Service Appointment
Object, two new fields have been created -Service Delivery Variance
Yes/No picklist andService Delivery Comment
text field.We have added the 2 new fields to the
Service Appointment Management
Check Out flow;These two fields are on the Shift Summary step and address the feedback point of needing an identifier that highlights the composition of a shift had changed even if delivered within the scheduled times.
Time Sheet Entry Updates
On the
Time Sheet Entry
,Service Delivery Variance
Yes/No picklist has been createdWhen
Service Delivery Variance = Yes
on theService Appointment
added by the Support Worker during checkout, then it will update the same field on theTime Sheet Entry
and is visible in the report.When reviewing the
Time Sheet Entry
, the User can see thatService Delivery Variance = Yes
and then check theService Delivery Comment
against theService Appointment
to view details left by the Support Worker.
Work Order Line Item Updates
Actual Start
andActual End
date/time fields have been created.Work Order Line Item Start Date and End Date
dictate the Start and End dates on theTime Sheet Entry
When
Actual Start and End Date
have values on the WOLI, they will update the Start and End Dates to match on the TSE.If there are any changes to the Start and End dates, the
Quantity
andAmount
fields will be refactored to recognise this.When the
Product
is updated, theRate
andUnit
price is updated.
Product Match Logic
Product Match
includes logic that compares the Current linkedProduct
with the Start and End times as well as the checkboxes.When Actual Times are added, it updates the relative checkboxes.
