Support Worker Portal
To enable a Support Worker to work on their desktop as well as the Field Service mobile app, a Support Worker portal is configured to provide all the relevant information about the services they will deliver as well as allowing them to manage their preferences, including availability.
Included in the base configuration of the Support Worker Portal

A view of all Participants that the Support Worker engages with and anything related to the Participant that has been configured in the permissions for the Support Worker to view - Goals
, Support Plans
, Documents
, etc.
A view of all upcoming Service Appointments that have been scheduled to the Support Worker, with details about the Service Appointment - Participant
, Location
, Work Plans
, etc.
The ability to manage available Time Slots to help facilitate the scheduling processes.
The ability to manage documents that are required to define mandatory working requirements and Skills to work with specific Participants.
Note that this feature is dependent on the Document Management solution discussed in Document Management - OneDrive Integration.
