When Contacts are viewed from the Foster Care App, you can click into the Contacts Tab and access the Foster Carers view to see a list of Contacts that have been marked as RSPCA Foster Carers.
Clicking into a Contact Record from the Foster Care App, you will see a specific Contact Layout that is dedicated to Foster Caring.
Pin this view with the Pin Icon if these are the contacts that you would like to see every time you click into the Contacts Tab.
Click into a Contact Record to see details about the Foster Carer.
A Foster Carer will have a Foster Location related to their Contact Record to indicate that Animals can be allocated to them.
If a Foster Location is not available, you can click the
Create Foster LocationQuick Action to create a Foster Location for the Contact.
Scroll down on the Contact Record to see their Foster Profile.
Set Is a
Foster = TRUEto ensure that the Contact is visible in the Foster Carers view.The
Foster Levelwill update automatically based on their Foster experience.Set
Foster Preferencesso you can match the Foster Contact to suitable Animals.
Scroll down further on the Foster Contact Record to see the Foster Summary which represents the Foster Carers previous foster engagements with RSPCA animals.
