MTIA Excel Templates Update

This article discusses how to update the marco enabled templates in VMC and release a new version.

Files can be accessed via the App Launcher in Salesforce.

Go to the Libraries area in the left sidebar.
Access the File Templates folder to find supported templates that are accessible in the VMC Portal.

The sub folders define where the files appear in VMC.

To access a file, click into a folder and select the Download option.

To make updates to the spreadsheet when you’ve opened it, you will need to click the Unprotect Sheet option under the Review menu.

Each sheet that needs to be updated will require you to select Unprotect Sheet.
When the update has been made, you can then click Protect Sheet and save the new version.

When updates have been made and the new version is saved, you can upload a new version of the file by selecting Upload New Version.
