This page details the process of segregating all relevant tasks and responsibilities across the Vertic team during an implementation, including the following:
Each implementation project has a dedicated, Australian-based project lead.
Any technical implementation tasks can only be implemented if an appropriate Jira ticket is assigned through the resource management process.
All client interactions are to be overseen, managed, or performed by the project lead or assigned/invited additional resources.
All solution design documentation (either via dedicated Google documents or Confluence Space documents) are the responsibility of the Vertic team project lead and/or assigned resources.
The overall responsibility of the delivery of an implementation sits with the Vertic team project lead and no work is to be undertaken without explicit tickets assigned to development resources and placed in the resource management planner.
