Konect Email Settings
Under Konect Settings, a number of important Email Settings
exist that need to be configured to ensure all Konect emails, including Donation Receipts, are able to be sent successfully.
Org-Wide Email
Konect leverages a standard Org-Wide Email Address to define the From Email or Sender of all Konect Emails. For more information regarding setting up an Org Wide Email Address in Salesforce, please see the following Salesforce Help Article.
Once the Org Wide Email Address has been created and verified - it can be selected in the lookup highlighted below.
Don’t forget that the Org Wide Address must be verified before it can be used by Konect
Default Email Templates
Additional Email Settings are available under Email Templates that are used to define the different Email Templates used in the following scenarios:
Konect leverages standard Salesforce Lightning Email Templates (LET) as the basis for Donation Receipts. For more information regarding how to design, create and manage Lightning Email Templates, please see the following Salesforce articles:

Konect Processes using Email Templates
Konect specifically uses a Lightning Email Template to automate the dispatch of Donation Receipts. Konect uses the combination of a Salesforce Flow
and a Lightning Email Template in order to do this.
Donation Receipt
The Flow
that controls the sending of a Donation receipt is called Konect Send Donation Receipt Flow
and this can be accessed under Setup -> Flows in the Setup or administrative part of Salesforce.
There are a few important points to remember with the Receipt automation:
Donation receipts are only sent where an Email address exists on the Contact
The Lightning Email Template to be used as the Donation Receipt is defined on the
Campaign
