Each implementation project has a dedicated, Australian-based project lead.
Any technical implementation tasks can only be implemented if an appropriate Jira ticket is assigned through the resource management process.
All client interactions are to be overseen, managed, or performed by the project lead or assigned/invited additional resources.
The overall responsibility of the delivery of an implementation sits with the Vertic team project lead and no work is to be undertaken without explicit tickets assigned to development resources and placed in the resource management planner.
