You can create a new Recurring Donation for a Donor (Contact) directly in Salesforce.

To set up a new Recurring Donation in Konect, open the Contact record of the Donor. From the Contact, you can use the standard Salesforce NPSP New Recurring Donation Quick Action that will be available in the Header section. The QA could either be displayed as a button or it may be in the drop-down list of additional Actions.

If the New Recurring Donation Quick Action is not displayed, ask your System Administrator to add it to the Page Layout

The New Recurring Donation Modal will be displayed:

Populate all fields in the Modal to ensure the Recurring Donation is created successfully.
