Animal and Contact Records will have visible badges that indicate different attributes the Contact or Animal may have.
Types of Badges
Home Ever After Badge - When an Animal has a related Opportunity with a
Record Type = Home Ever After, a Badge will display on the Animal Record. Identifiable by the House icon.
Shelter staff will not be able to see Opportunities in Animalis, the House Icon and an Alert message will be the key indicators that this is a HEA animal and you can contact the HEA Team for more information.
An Animal Contact Relationship can also be added to identify any related HEA Contacts.
Animal Relationships Badge - If this badge is visible on an Animal Record, the Animal is flagged to have bonded with another Animal and they must be rehomed together. Identifiable by the Heart icon.
