Animal Transport Chatter Requests

Using Chatter in Animalis, the RSPCA team can send requests to the ATO team about animal transportations.

The ATO team will review a request and schedule a suitable time in their calendar.

From an Animal Record, you can access Chatter in the right hand sidebar.

Posting @ATO Requests will allow you to send messages to the ATO chatter feed where their team will be notified of your request.

From the ATO Requests Chatter Feed, the ATO team will monitor incoming requests and comment back to the requester by using “@" followed by the requesters name to ensure they get a notification.
