From the Animal Transport Program Record, an Animal Transport manager/admin can view and manage the vehicles that are available to schedule animal transportation.
Instructions
Go to the Animal Transport App and select the Animal Transport Program Record from the Programs Tab.
Clicking into the Animal Transport Program, you'll see the vehicle calendar to manage scheduled transportations.
You’ll also see a Chatter Feed which you can use to engage with staff members in RSPCA.
Click into the calendar to open existing or create new Reservations.
Reservation Type - at the top of the new Reservation form defines the field set that appears. This should be set to
Animal Transport.Start (local time) / End (local time) - defines the scheduled times that the transportation will take place.
Account - defines the external organisation where the animal will be transported.
Contact - defines an external key contact at the organisation where the animal will be transported.
Status - defines the status of the Reservation.
Notes - defines any key notes that are relevant to the Reservation.
Reservation Animals - defines the animals that are being transported, you need to add their Animal Reference.
