Synchronising Plans & Plan Budgets

Maica natively synchronises all required information from the NDIS; to synchronise Plans, Budgets, and Service Bookings directly from a Participant’s profile, follow the below steps:

  1. Open a Participant profile (Salesforce Contact)

  2. Click on the Synchronise Plan Information button to access Plan Synchronisation modal

 

This function is also available from the Plan profile directly.

 

Once you have been able to access the Plan Synchronisation modal, you are able to optionally select from the following choices:

  • Include Plan Goals - this will synchronise all available Plan Goals to your Salesforce solution. Please keep note of the information panel at the bottom of this article.

  • Include Service Bookings - this will synchronise all Service Bookings related to the Plan being captured in Salesforce.

  • Include Booking Items - if Service Bookings are being synchronised, optionally all related Booking Items can be captured in Salesforce also.

 

When the synchronisation is complete, the relevant Plan, Plan Budgets, Service Bookings, and Booking Items have been captured in your Salesforce solution.

Plan Goals are not uniquely identified within the NDIS system, so when synchronising Plan Goals, any existing data will be replaced with the latest version.
