Catalogues and Items

Catalogues and Items are records in Animalis that are configured to be used in Invoices to manage Shelter related costs.

  • Catalogues - used to define a group of Items

  • Items - used to define the items that RSPCA

  • Catalogue Items - the relationship between Catalogues and Items to define the cost of an Item in a Catalogue.

A Catalogue is selected when creating an Invoice to define the costs of Items in the invoice.

A Catalogue Record is used to manage the costs associated with a set of Items.

An Item Record is created to identify a specific product that requires a cost.
