DCR - Move Work Orders

Use the Move Work Orders Quick Action to manage Service Agreements. It enables you to move work orders from and existing Service Agreement, to a new one.

Moving Work Orders to a New Service Agreement

Go to a Service Agreement Record and click the Move Work Orders Quick Action.

Select the destination Service Appointment you need to move the Work Orders to.
- Using the checkboxes, check all Work Orders and click submit to move them.

Note: In order to move the work orders, a New Service Agreement must be created first and linked to the participant.

How to find moved Work Orders

Go the the New Service Agreement and click the Services Tab
Click View All to see all Work Order records related to the Service Agreement.
