Use the Move Work Orders Quick Action to manage Service Agreements. It enables you to move work orders from and existing Service Agreement, to a new one.

Moving Work Orders to a New Service Agreement

  • Go to a Service Agreement Record and click the Move Work Orders Quick Action.

  • Select the destination Service Appointment you need to move the Work Orders to.

    • Using the checkboxes, check all Work Orders and click submit to move them.

 

Note: In order to move the Work Orders, a new Service Agreement must be created first and linked to the participant.

How to find moved Work Orders

  • Go the the New Service Agreement and click the Services Tab

  • Click View All to see all Work Order records related to the Service Agreement.
