Work Orders - Clients

The child Work Orders related to the Location represent the engagement of a participant at the location. Each participant will have an open Work Order related to the Location that defines the length of their stay and the related service data.

Key areas of this record:

  • Work Order Fields

    • Parent Work Order - this is the parent Work Order on the Location where resources are assigned. This relationship allows the Service Resource to click into the child Work Orders to see related participant information.

    • Service Agreement - links to the participant’s Service Agreement.

    • Work Type - the work that is being delivered to this participant.

    • Contact - links to the contact who is receiving the services.

    • Location - links to the parent Location Record where the services are being delivered.

    • Start Date and End Date - defines the tenure of the participant’s stay at the address.

    • Work Order Record Type - set to SIL Client Work Order which defines the page layout and fields available.

  • Work Order Related Lists

    • Client Notes - the notes history that have been captured for this client during their stay at the location.

    • Work Order Line Items and Work Plans - standard FSL records that can be used to capture details about the service requirements for this particular participant.

    • Cases - capture incidents that are submitted involving the participant.
