Assessment Records are used to evaluate animals and support various different evaluation processes:
Behaviour Evaluation
Canine Behaviour Observation
Feline Behaviour Observation
Health Check
Incoming Health Check
Add a Behaviour Evaluation to an animal via the desktop login:
Go to an Animal Record and select the Add Behaviour Evaluation Quick Action.
This will open a Behaviour Evaluation form to be completed.
On Save of the Behaviour Assessment you can access the Behaviour Assessment page which gives you a summary of the assessment that has been completed. Key areas in the summary:
Assessment Information includes Days Known and Months Known at the point that the assessment is completed, allowing us to track assessment trends.
Flags that have been identified based on the submitted assessment.
Behaviour Assessment Score Summary which shows a visual representation of the Assessment.
From the Animal Record, under the Evaluations Tab you can see:
The current flags that have been raised as a result of a Behaviour Assessment.
The Animal Behaviour Assessment Summary which shows a graphical representation of the Behaviour Assessment history so you can see trends.
The Behaviour Assessment Related List where you can access previous Behaviour Assessment Records.
Add a Behaviour Assessment to an animal via the mobile login:
From the mobile app you can access an Animal Record and select the Add Behaviour Assessment via the Quick Actions list (click the More Icon).
