Health Check Assessments

From an Animal Record you can create a Health Check and Incoming Health Scan Assessment Record to represent the health of the animal at the time the assessment is conducted.

Complete a Health Check Assessment from the desktop login:

1. Go to an Animal Record and click into the Health Tab to see the Health Assessments Related List - click on the New Button to create a new Assessment Record.

2. You can select to create a Health Check or Incoming Health Scan Record.

Complete a Health Check Assessment from the mobile login:

From the mobile app you can go to the Quick Actions on an Animal Record and select to Add Health Check.
