Behaviour Observations
A Behaviour Observation can be created from an animal record to reflect the animal’s behaviour and manage their progressive improvement.
Create a Behaviour Observation from the Animal Record via the desktop login:
Go to an Animal Record and at the top of the record layout you will see a Quick Action to Add Canine Behaviour Observation or Add Feline Behaviour Observation depending on the animal type associated with the record.
When you click the Add Behaviour Observation Quick Action, a window will open which allows you to complete the assessment.
The Assessment Date/Time will default to NOW.
Each of the boxes are multi-select, move Available options to Chosen options where appropriate.
When the Behaviour Observation is completed, click Save.
The new Behaviour Observation Record will then be created and can be accessed via the message that appears on the screen - click the Assessment ID.
The Behaviour Observation Assessment Record will provide a breakdown of the assessment with a score summary. You can also add a note under the Notes Tab on the Assessment Record.
On the Animal Record under the Daily Obs Tab, you will see any animal flags that have been raised as a result of a Behaviour Observation.
The Red background represents high level observations.
The Orange background represents medium level observations.
Click into the Behaviour Observations section under the Daily Obs Tab to see a summary of Behaviour Observations that have been delivered.
To clone the last Behaviour Observation, click the Clone Last Behaviour Observation Quick Action and this will pre-populate the form with values from the last Behaviour Observation that has been completed. This is designed to save Animal Attendants time and provide a guide of previous flags that have been raised.
Create a Behaviour Observation from the Animal Record via the mobile login:
From an Animal Record in the mobile app, access the list of quick actions available (click the More Icon) and you will see the Behaviour Assessment options - clicking the action will allow you to complete the observation on your mobile device.
