Refunding a Donation
This guide will walk through the steps to refund a donation.

Finding the Refund button
To find the Refund button, select the Opportunity case created from the donation that needs to be refunded.
The Refund button will be near the top right of the Opportunity screen, next to the Follow button.
Confirming the Refund
Once the Refund button is clicked, a confirmation page will appear. You can enter a Refund Reason in the text box here.
Once you are ready to confirm the refund, click on the blue Confirm button.
When the refund has been confirmed, you will notice that the Opportunity Stage will have changed from Closed Won to Closed Lost.
