Expired Credit Card Management

This guide will walk through the steps to manage expiring or expired credit cards. It will walk through the steps to view the Credit Cards, to create reports that filter and show expired Credit Cards, and creating a Campaign with the Contacts who have an expiring/expired Credit Card.



 

Viewing an Expiring/Expired Credit Card

To find if a Contact has an expiring or expired Credit Card, view their Credit Card Information on their Recurring Donation page.

 

Alternatively, you can view their Stripe Status on the right side of their Recurring Donation page.



Report with Expired Cards

With NPSP+, some standard reports have been provided to all users of the software. Included in this package is the ‘Credit Card Expiry in next 60 Days’ report which shows all recurring donations that have a credit card that is expiring in the next 60 days. 

To view this report, click on the Reports tab at the top of the page and search for the report ‘Credit Card Expiry in next 60 Days’.

Note: With any report, you are able to customise which columns you are wanting to show, as well as filters. To do this, click the Edit button on the top right corner of the page.

 

Adding these Contacts to a Campaign

To add the Contacts that are contained within the report to a Campaign, click on the arrow on the top right corner of the page and select Add to Campaign.

Select which Campaign you would like to add these Contacts to and set their Member Status. Click the blue Submit button once you are done.
