Quick Action: Create Shift Summary

Shift Summaries are used to record important information at the completion of a Service Appointment. These details are captured and stored against the Service Appointment and Work Order Records.

Creating a Shift Summary from the FSL App.

Clicking the Actions tab at the bottom of the screen will present you with available Quick Actions. Under the Service Appointment Management section, click Add Shift Summary and Upload Attachments.

  • Fill in Shift Summary Details text box, click next.

  • Add an attachment, and toggle consent button.

  • Click Save to submit the Shift Summary.

Shift Summaries are stored on the Service Appointment record.
