App Launcher

The App Launcher is a navigation tool that you can use when you’re logged into Salesforce to open apps that have been designed for specific areas of the business.
An app facilitates a specific configuration which is usually based on the role of the user.
The profile that has been assigned to your Salesforce user will determine the default app you see when you log in but you can navigate to other areas of the system via the App Launcher.
Accessing the App Launcher via the desktop login:
Click on the 9 dots in the top left-hand corner of the screen when you’re logged in to Salesforce via a browser.
Click an app to navigate to that app or click View All to see all apps and tabs that you have access to.
Use the search bar at the top to search the App Launcher.
Click on an app to open the app.
Click on a data tab in the All Items section to open the tab in your current app.
