Support Coordination Sharing

Sharing is implemented to ensure that key Support Coordination data for Person Notes and Work Orders is only available to specific Support Coordination groups.
Support Coordination sharing is managed via the Support Coordinator Group that is specified on a client's Contact Record.
When a Person Note is created with Category = Support Coordination, the Sharing Group on the Person Note record will be updated to match Support Coordinator Group.
In the Setup Menu via Sharing Rules we have the following configuration setup to enable appropriate sharing.
Organisation Wide Default for
Person Note = Private.Organisation Wide Default for
Work Order = Private.Sharing Rules are configured on
Person Noteto share Support Coordination notes by the roles that are assigned to Support Coordination users, which aligns with the Support Coordinator Sharing Groups.
