Shelter Management

Site Location Records represent Shelter Locations and contain details about current capacity as well as standard shelter information which is sent to the RSPCA website.

Managing a Site (Shelter) Record:

1. Go to the Locations Tab in the Shelter Management App and select the Sites list view. Select the Animalis Test Shelter Record.

2. The Site (Shelter) Record will show you:

   1. A Site Location Record has an attribute Record Type = Site, which means the record has fields that are relevant to a site/shelter.

   2. Standard information (in the Details section) that will be sent to the website.

   3. The Block Capacity across all Blocks/Rows at the shelter.

   4. Referrals related to the Shelter
