Row/Block Management

Block Location Records represent Row/Block Locations which sit under the Shelter/Site in the hierarchy and contain details about the current capacity of the row with related units.

Managing a Row/Block Record:

1. From the Locations Tab in the Shelter Management app you can select or create a list view that contains all of your rows. Select the Animalis Testing Blocks view and click the Pin Icon to select it as your default view.

2. Click into a Row/Block Record by clicking the Location Reference. From the Row/Block Record you can see:

   1. A Row/Block Location Record has an attribute Record Type = Block, which means the record has fields that are relevant to a row/block.

   2. Current availability of the row/block.

   3. All related units with the current animals.

   4. Notes that have been recorded that are specific to the row/block.
