On the page layouts for Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities we use Dynamic Related Lists to show filtered views of documents in specific sections on the record.

A Documents dynamic related list can be identified by the document icon with the green background.

Click on the Document ID to access the Document Record. Here you will see all attributes about the Document, the Document Versions and a link to the Document/File that has been attached.

Click on the Document Version ID to access the information about the specific document version that has been attached.
