OneDrive Integration

A OneDrive Integration has been implemented to support document management in the MySupports environment, documents can be managed on the Account, Contact and Opportunity objects via a Manage Documents Quick Action which allows the user to upload files based on supported Document Type records.

 Overview

To navigate the Document Management components of the solution.

  • Document Type records can be found in the People & Culture app. These are records created to define the documents that are captured by MySupports.

  • From an Account, Contact and Opportunity Record you will see the Manage Documents Quick Action. Click this button to manage the Document Types that are available for the record that you're viewing.

Document Types that are set to 'Required' will automatically be added to the specified record when it is created.

  • From an Account, Contact and Opportunity Record you will see related lists with the related Document Records which are managed via the Manage Documents QA.

You can identify the Documents related lists by the document icon on the green background.
