Animal Files

Files that are captured on an Animal record are pushed into a connected Sharepoint account in the background but are always accessible from the Animal record in AnimalOS.

Files can be captured in two locations on an Animal record.

Files - under the Animal Notes section on an Animal record there’s a Files component which is utilised to capture all documentation about an Animal.

Adoption Photos - under the Adoption section on an Animal record there’s a Files component specifically for capturing Adoption Photos.

These photos may be shared with external data sources, so it’s important that no files are added here which should not be viewed by the public.
