Adoption Agreement

The Adoption Agreement is a digital form which can be triggered from AnimalOS when signing off an Animal adoption with an adopter, the form can be completed and signed in person or sent via email.
The Adoption Agreement is available from the Referral record when the Record Type = Adoption.
The Adoption Agreement is broken down into five steps with two sign offs required.

Evaluation Summary
Relevant behaviour information that has been defined about the animal for the adopter to be aware.
Adoption Agreement
Terms & conditions of the adoption and final sign off for the adopter.
