Quick Action: Create a Follow Up Appointment

Creating a Follow Up Appoint from the FSL App.

Clicking the Actions tab at the bottom of the screen will present you with available Quick Actions. Under the Service Appointment section, click Create Follow Up Appointment.

  • Fill in the applicable Date and Time fields

  • Enter a Description

  • Click Next to create the Follow Up Appointment

  • The new Follow Up Appointment will now be referenced on the Work Order as a Service Appointment.
