Job Completion

A Job can be completed by updating the Status of the Job to Finalised.

A Service Appointment needs to be updated to Completed or Attended so that the Service Appointment doesn't get queued for scheduling in future.

From the Job Record, the job can be finalised by updating the Status.

From a Service Appointment Record the Status can be updated to Completed or Attended, this will remove the Service Appointment from scheduling views.

 

The Check Out feature on the app will step you through the process of adding details on the Service Appointment that are specific to completing the Job, at this point you can also choose to set the Job Status to Finalised.
